Halff Earns Best Place to Work Recognition in Arkansas

July 7, 2026

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned, full-service infrastructure consulting firm, has been named a 2026 Best Place to Work in Arkansas by Arkansas Business in partnership with Workforce Research Group. This is the fifth honor for the firm in the last six years, including selections in 2021, 2022, 2024 and 2025.

To be eligible for the program, companies must meet a few requirements, including having a facility in Arkansas with at least 15 employees. Employers are asked to complete an in-depth questionnaire about their company, while employees are invited to take a survey. These elements allow Workforce Research Group to collect direct information and honest feedback about their workplace to determine if they’re one of the best.

Halff currently operates in five Arkansas locations: Bentonville, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Little Rock and North Little Rock. This is the third consecutive year Halff’s Arkansas offices have been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work.

Halff has earned multiple workplace honors over the past few years and was once again tabbed a National Top Workplace USA by USA Today with 1,000 to 2,499 employees. The firm was also recognized as a 2026 Best Place for Working Parents.
